To ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules during your stay . Pets or visiting animals re not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the unit and anywhere on the property, including balconies and shared spaces. A $350 fine will be applied for any violation. Please remove your shoes when inside, especially on rugs or carpets, to help keep the space clean and cozy. Overnight visitors are not permitted, and parties or loud noise are not allowed at any time. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM 🕘, and we ask all guests to respect this policy to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. Please avoid eating on the furniture and enjoy your meals in the designated dining area . If a fob, key, or parking remote is provided during your stay and is lost 🔑, a $200 replacement fee per item will apply. If you’ll need bedding for the sofa bed, please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare it before your arrival. Please note that there is no mailbox access 📪 for guests—mail and packages should not be sent to the property, as it is for owner use only. Also, do not approach the building’s front desk or concierge 🙅‍♂️. Their services are only for permanent residents. If you need anything at all, we’re always available through the Airbnb app or by phone 📱. Please also refrain from mentioning Airbnb to anyone in the building. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this listing. A refundable security deposit will be required if you request an additional fob. Lastly, building amenities such as the gym, lounge, or pool are for residents only and not accessible to guests.
