HOUSE RULES - No pets or visiting animals. - No smoking of any kind inside or outside the unit, and any common areas. $350 fine. - Please keep shoes off inside the unit/on carpet/rug. - No overnight visitors. - No partying or excessively loud noises. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. - Please keep food off the furniture. Please enjoy your meals in the dining area. - If a fob, key, or parking remote is provided during your stay and any of these items are lost, a replacement fee of $200 per item will apply. - Please let us know in advance if you would need sofa bed bedding so we can prepare before your arrival. - Mail & Packages: Please note that there is no access to a mailbox. This is for owner’s use only. Note: Please DO NOT approach the front desk. Their services are for residents only. If you need anything or if you have any questions at any point during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out! Also do not mention about Airbnb. Must be Twenty Five years or older to book. A 50 CAD additional charge per guest/per night after 6 guests.
