House Rules , No pets or animals: While we love animals, pets and visiting animals are not allowed in the unit or building to ensure comfort for all guests. No smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all common areas, including outdoor spaces. Violations will incur a $350 fine. Please respect the space and air quality for everyone. Remove shoes indoors: To maintain cleanliness and protect the carpet and rugs, please remove your shoes while inside the unit. No overnight visitors: Overnight guests are not permitted to ensure safety, security, and a peaceful environment for all. Quiet hours (09 PM – 09 AM): Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Loud music, talking, or gatherings are not allowed to maintain a calm environment for all guests and residents. Dining area only for food: Meals should be enjoyed at the dining table. Eating on furniture is not allowed to help keep the space clean. Lost keys, fobs, or parking remotes: A replacement fee of $200 per item will apply if any keys, fobs, or parking remotes are lost. Please handle these items with care. Building amenities are for residents only: Facilities such as the gym, pool, or other common areas are for resident use only. Guests are not permitted to use these amenities. Additional fob security deposit: A $250 refundable security deposit is required for any extra fobs requested. The deposit will be returned once the fob is returned in good condition. Minimum age requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property to ensure a responsible and enjoyable experience.
